Anyway a company that needs to be investigated makes OVERPASSES and I think the did they NISSAN one in Franklin Tennessee.  It's really nice and cost a lot of money..... Also look into the maintenance type contractors used for the Franklin Special Schools District.  


They get contracts without much of a "bidding" process too..
