We talked to IRS Special Agent Dennis Holenstein and he confirmed that the IRS and FBI are jointly 
investigating Pilot as part of an ongoing investigation. He declined to say how long the investigation 

has been in the works or how long it will be before the results of the investigation are released, 

only that it would likely "not be in the immediate future.
