I've been told NISSAN Judge shopped.  Judge Easter on Monday is going to screw me.  Well if that's the case then I'm putting my evidence on BLOGS.  


I was told that Bivins-Beal and Easter are part of the Good Ole Boy "clique" and oddly they have the same "look".



It was NISSAN that wanted me persecuted and for over 2 years the racketeering is REAL.  I hope what I was told was WRONG but I was told the truth about Kline before my trial. I did NOT want to believe - luckily I played the safe route and used my constitutional rights.

The letter used against me at trial was due to this.... Turned out the Good Ole Boys that discriminate cared more about their "local" real estate deals and kickbacks.  Taking 1.4 Billion from the American taxpayers to build a car they KNEW that would fail... OUCH!!!   Why was I the one to go to jail?

This statement from ADA is not true &/or misleading. 

Mr. Tavares because his  subpoena was quashed - by Judge Robbie Beal Less than 2 days before my trial started. 

Since I hired Kline  I had emailed him for over a year telling him I wanted Mr. Tavares to testify.  

Many times I told him when Mr. Tavares would be in town and I told him he was moving to France.  I wanted a statement "in writing" from Mr. Tavares.  The fact is Mr. Tavares contacted me AFTER my blog started.  He personally emailed me AFTER NISSAN declared me the #2 security threat.  He had EVERY opportunity to do a notarized affidavit saying I was a STALKER and he NEVER did.  If he "thought" I was a stalker he could have giving NISSAN HR emails I sent him BEFORE the Forward by Rule was set up after my arrest.  

Mr. Tavares gave me 2 email addresses to contact him - His wife gave me hers. He replied to email that I sent him from an address set up to look like a relative.  I was given advice AFTER I blogged from a NISSAN IT person who KNEW Tavares wanted me to blog.  

Last November (2012) when picking up my child's birthday cake at Costco I forgot my card and when I went to get another they had me give my address.  They said "are you related to Carlos Antunes" ... they said and there's another name.  I told the lady "it's TAVARES"  why would his information pop up.  She said they still used MY address.   



Would David Letterman use the address of the woman that "stalked him".....  ?

NISSAN was having a "war" because of the electric car.  i can PROVE it.  Carlos Tavares was "reluctant" to build a car that would fail; he know JOBS would not be created.

Jeff Draper is/was in charge of IT security for the top NISSAN executives. He was sent to Mr. Tavares office after I started my blog to have my email address “removed” from the computer of Mr. Tavares. Mr. Tavares told him NOT to do it. After that happened I was told the Mr. Tavares took his computer with him at all times. After talking to Jeff I created an email address with the name Helen Marie Tavares as part of the address so “if” anyone at NISSAN IT says the address they would think it was a “relative”. When I got an email from Tavares at that address I knew that the blog was a definite GO!!! Mr. Tavares knew that I had done work for former government/political operatives. My blog NEVER would have lasted this long if I did not “check out”.

Mr. Stout.....had no intention of helping me with my security problem. He threatened me with my references and it could have been over in Early March. He's the one that kept it going. He met with me a second time to give me a letter? The man interrogated me twice.He's the one that is pushing legal to sue me. I know that because a Nissan lawyer called me on my home number and Mr. Stout is the only person at Nissan to have ever done that. He crossed the line.

I just want to hear from someone at Nissan that this will have a conclusion?Thank you &
