FYI: Connie did not get suspended ...it's probation, like a misdemeanor, the funny part is they did the SAME thing to me and worded it to sound a whole lot worse than it is. The way it's written makes a lawyer sound horrible.  It's bullying on their part. FYI  I looked into the website allegations that Sandy Garrett's people accused Connie Reguli of and a LOT of lawyers have bigger problems if the state goes after rhetoric FAIRLY.  I hope the Feds read the brief Connie Reguli filed that upset the TBPR always sides with the corrupt. It's just sad.

I'm defending Connie Reguli because I met her at the TN State Capital lobbying to STOP judicial corruption .. I have been told by the Feds that allegations that Connie spoke out about are being looked at.  I think the timing of the "decision" against her is VERY suspicious.

Sharyn Bovat (me) was terrorized in the TN courts after I whistle blew that NISSAN was committing fraud with the NISSAN Leaf and discriminating against women, gays and blacks (proven to be true). I was offered a check from Mark Stout to be silent BUT wanted the legal system to make NISSAN act ethically.  Instead of me & the TAXPAYERS getting respect I was gas lighted in Tennessee and my child was bullied in the Williamson County Schools, I want Mike Looney help accountable!!

The bullying of Sharyn Bovat in Tennessee (it still happens by corrupt people in other states) but in Tennessee it ended the day after bullying done to me was documented (on this blog) a BIG TIME celebrity bought my house in Franklin: ALL CASH two week close & for more than it was listed for:):)  I learned that lots of people were reading my blogs and I have over 5 Million Google + views. 

I was told that I'm on the last mile of a marathon & soon the people in Tennessee that terrorized me will understand that the commitment of god loving Americans to the commandment "treat others the way YOU want to be treated" is alive & well.  

Evidently Eric Holder was "close" with the TN Good Ole Boy network that bullied me. His best friend Reid Weingarten is a lawyer for Jimmy Haslam the brother of the Governor that appointed the judges that terrorized me.  Luckily he' GONE and Loretta Lynch is in.  She's got NO TIES to Tennessee corruption & she wants to "make a statement".....  For that I say THANK YOU JESUS!!!

I was arrested without a court order on July 7th 2010 for TRESPASSING. Nissan was mad at me for exposing a Good Ole Boy network that dominated HR., that include Greg Kelly, Mark Stout & Marlin Chapman.

what happened to me is called ABUSE..

Look at the # Tennessee Code annotated 40-11-150

they used that on July 7th.  It's for STALKING.  I was NOT arrested for stalking on that day.

when you look at the documents you can see that they tried to jail me at a HIGH level so I'd be in prison for a YEAR.  Had I not gotten a "clean judge" I'd be in jail today. I was told Haslam appointed Jeff Bivins to the Criminal court of appeal to uphold my conviction.  It's a good thing I represented MYSELF and I did NOT get "railroaded".....  

The governor makes his $$$ from the OIL industry.  I was told my clean judge "most likely" came from Al Gore.  I'm still pissed that the former VP that almost became president let the trumped up charges continue for 19+ months still I'm happy that I got a "clean judge" a day before my trial.  Too bad I did not get this judge before Judge Robbie Beal quashed my subpoenas. Why did the ADA take the case to a Grand Jury?  Someone INVESTIGATE.  Find out HOW the whistleblower was abused in the courts. Please confirm the Al Gore issues.  Please help me find closure.  Thank you!!!

Thank you Cool Springs.com for documenting the error.  Why did KLINE PRESTON not notice this?That charge should have been dropped.  I'm NOT guilty.  Most people in America are smarter than a Tennessee Jury...
